With over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, Brian Scoggins Jr. is a seasoned leader in public safety, security, traffic engineering, and mobility solutions. Prior to co-founding Premier Technology Integrators (PTI), Brian held key roles at industry leaders such as Vigilant Solutions, Motorola Solutions, Rekor Systems, Epic iO, T2 Systems, and the City of Orlando. At PTI, Brian drives the mission of delivering holistic technology solutions by collaborating directly with software companies to ensure that hardware plays a critical role in the success of their offerings. His expertise encompasses a comprehensive, turn-key experience that includes site design, sales, installation, repair, and ongoing support. Under Brian's leadership, the company focuses on License Plate Recognition (LPR), site and asset security, smart parking, traffic intersection analysis, and roadway intelligence, ensuring seamless integration of hardware into clients' software landscapes.

Bill Geraghty, PTMP, is a seasoned veteran of the parking, transportation and public safety technology industries with a strong background in sales, marketing, product management, and business operations – including the management of customer service and support teams. During his tenure, Bill has also actively served on boards and committees with various industry associations including the Florida Parking & Transportation Association, the New York State Parking & Transportation Association (NYSPTA), and the International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI). Bill also received his CAPP certification from IPMI back in 2012.

Throughout his career Bill has served as both a presenter at industry events and as an author in industry publications as a subject matter expert on a variety of technologies – including PARCS systems, multi-space meters, LPR, vehicle counting systems, parking enforcement, parking citation processing, and crime analytics solutions – including facial recognition and crime-gun technologies. He has also personally been involved with hundreds of client deployments of license plate enabled (LEP) parking technologies for municipalities, universities, and private operators.

Andrew Zoba is the Director of Operations and Marketing at PTI, where he oversees strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, brand growth, and operational excellence across the organization. With a background in Business Administration and Marketing, Andrew brings a forward-thinking, process-driven approach to both client projects and internal operations.

In his role, Andrew leads efforts to streamline workflows, enhance service delivery, and strengthen PTI’s position as a leader in parking technology integration. He is actively involved in project management, cross-team coordination, and developing marketing strategies that highlight PTI’s innovative solutions in the mobility and access control industries.

Andrew is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified, equipping him with the tools to identify inefficiencies, implement sustainable improvements, and optimize outcomes for clients and partners alike. Known for his strategic mindset and commitment to quality, he continues to advance PTI’s mission through operational precision, creative leadership, and a dedication to continuous improvement.

Stef Wulf is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the parking industry. Holding her PMP certification since 2014, Stef has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead complex initiatives with precision and excellence. Before joining PTI, she successfully managed multi-million-dollar enterprise-level parking projects for Tier 1 clients, where she honed her skills in project management, strategic planning, and client relations. Her background equips her with the expertise to navigate large-scale deployments while maintaining a focus on detail, efficiency, and results.

At PTI, Stef leverages her extensive industry knowledge and leadership experience to drive flawless execution across projects. Her proven track record in delivering high-stakes initiatives, combined with her commitment to client success, makes her an invaluable leader within the PTI team.
